From idea to reality

We suggest a dependable process, covering from RnD to Shipment.

1. The key to success is often an early presentation of the idea with our RnD-department. We produce a 3-dimensional drawing, considering the possibilities for efficient production, and e-mail it to You for further discussion.

2. Once the constrution idea has been agreed upon, a prototype is produced through the "SLA-method". This way, the development process is short, simple and effective. The ready prototype can be easily finished and used in presentations and testing. It can also be used as a master in further production processes as vaccum- or plastercasting etc.

3. Once the prototype is evaluated and improvements have been made, mouldconstruction takes place. Drawings, documents and specifications all ensure high quality moulds at a reasonable price. Our moulds are often produced by our co-operating, highly skilled mouldmakers in China.

4. Parallell to the mouldproduction, the final production process is being planned - moulding, finishing and packing/distribution. Industrial robots are often used to achieve ultimate "quality for money" in production.

5. From our automatic and semi-automatic assemblying lines, distribution can be done either to customer ware-house or all the way to the end user - all according to customers wish.
